To date, Hope Ministry has raised over $50,000 for giving to local nonprofits, which has allowed us the opportunity to begin the following projects:

  • Hope Ministry has partnered with Ferndale Lower School to provide food and supplies to low-income children (62% of the school is on free lunch, compared to 1% in Royal Oak).
  • Hope Ministry has committed to fund an entire year of weekly lunches for the homeless at Royal Oak First United Methodist (ROFUM).
  • Hope Ministry has committed the finances to provide a part-time social worker at ROFUM to help the homeless who attend the daily Lunch Program transition into apartments and jobs.
  • Hope Ministry assisted a homeless man with obtaining his first apartment and purchased a bed for him.
